Školska klima iz perspektive srednjoškolaca: ispitivanje razlike prema polu učenika i tipu srednje škole

Ideja da svaka škola ima svoj etos nije nova, a istraživanja dosledno pokazuju da su aspekti školske klime povezani sa različitim ishodima kod učenika i nastavnika. Cilj ovog rada je bio da se ispitaju razlike u percepciji školske klime u zavisnosti od pola i tipa srednje škole koju učenici pohađaju. Uzorak je činilo 1524 učenika srednjih škola, a podaci su prikupljeni Delaver skalom školske klime. Rezultati su pokazali da devojčice imaju pozitivniju percepciju svih dimenzija školske klime, osim prisustva vršnjačkog nasilja o kojem dečaci izveštavaju da se češće dešava u školi. U odnosu na tip škole, učenici koji pohađaju srednje stručne škole bolje procenjuju većinu aspekata školske klime, osim dimenzija odnos učenik–učenik i sigurnost, na kojima su više skorove imali učenici iz gimnazija. Dobijeni su efekti interakcije pola i tipa škole na opažanje pojedinih dimenzija školske klime. Rezultati istraživanja su donekle konzistentni sa ranijim nalazima, ali je potrebno detaljnije ispitivanje određenih medijatorskih ili moderatorskih efekata.
