Primena tehnologije u nastavi: pregled faktora na nastavničkom i školskom nivou

Apstrakt

Primena informaciono-komunikacionih tehnologija (IKT) u nastavi na kvalitetan način može doprineti boljim postignućima učenika. Imajući u vidu brojne inicijative u vidu tehnoloških inovacija koje se pojavljuju u obrazovanju, veliki izazov za nastavnike predstavlja ovladavanje veštinama za najbolju moguću primenu IKT-a u nastavi. Faktori školskog okruženja, kao na primer školska politika, podrška škole za korišćenje IKT-a i adekvatni IKT resursi takođe utiču na nastojanje nastavnika za primenu IKT-a. Istraživači različito tumače najznačajnije faktore, kao i odnose među njima. Postavlja se pitanje sveobuhvatnog razumevanja faktora koji imaju efekat na pedagošku implementaciju IKT- a u nastavi. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se analizom relevantne literature izdvoje faktori koji imaju efekte na korišćenje IKT-a u nastavi. Utvrđeni su nastavnički i školski faktori koji doprinose primeni IKT-a u nastavi. Nastavnički faktori predstavljaju medijatorske faktore u odnosu institucionalnih faktora i primene IKT-a u nastavi, dok se od nastavničkih faktora uverenje o IKT samoefikasnosti nastavnika izdvaja kao značajna determinanta. Rad zaključujemo teorijskim i praktičnim implikacijama za buduća istraživanja.
